24.12.2024 - Christmas Eve 1986: Commodore 64 - video by '8-Bit Show And Tell'
Let's look through the UK magazine Commodore User, the December 1986 issue, and try out a type-in BASIC game called "Christmas Eve" by Sandy Munro. Just because, we'll try to optimize the main game loop to make the gameplay smoother, and tweak it a bit. And of course, there's a bug in the game that we can fix. There's also some bonus Christmas-themed music at the end. Merry Christmas!

24.12.2024 - C64 game 'Toki C64 Remastered' - demo for download available
As the name suggests, 'Toki C64 Remastered' is a radical enhancement - with all-new graphics and sound - of the Commodore 64 game Toki, originally developed by Ocean in 1991. Ocean's Toki was the licensed conversion of the eponymous arcade game, also known as JuJu Densetsu in Japan. Today a Demo of Level 1 was released, featuring 100% redrawn sprites (backgrounds, sound, and gameplay remain identical to the 1991 version in the demo).
