In 'A China Miner Christmas' by Arlasoft, Miner Wally (I see what they did there...) returns in this Christmas-themed revamp of the infamously difficult C64 single-screen platformer from 1984. But a bit of snow and a Santa costume isn't the only thing that's changed, Wally has now developed his athletic abilities beyond recognition to give you the player a fighting chance of actually completing a level and hopefully having a lot more fun along the way... This is a C64 conversion of an old well-known MSX game originally scheduled in 1985 by Colin Dooley for the British company Gremlin Graphics. The goal is to destroy the alien bugs and collect the energy capsules to fill the bar we have at the bottom of the screen.

A remake of the 1987 original but with visuals inspired by Castlevania Chronicles and other non-8 bit titles in the series. The goal was to provide a playable and pure version of the original Castlevania but with an Amiga flavor. The new update adds stages 16 to 18, now featuring the iconic fight against Dracula, the final boss, in the clock tower. Pressing F6 key during gameplay skips to world 6.

'Evening Star' is a vector graphics train simulation game that was published by Hewson Consultants in 1987 for C64 and other 8-bit systems as sequel to the game 'Southern Belle'. This new enhanced version by Grue od Beyond Force offers, besides small touches and polish, a bunch of speed enhancements: - C128 2Mhz mode in the borders. - REU support for Gfx Buffer and copying it to the bitmap. - speed code for places it needs to be. - Pixel plotting integrated into line drawing routine. - Game math speed improvements. - Smoke drawing routine rework. - overhauled 3D engine and objects into a more optimized form.
