01.12.2021 - 'Cosmic Combat Deluxe' for C64 released and free for download
The New Dimension, in co-op with Alf Yngve are both proud to present Cosmic Combat Deluxe. A fun arcade blaster for one or two players. This game was originally created and designed using the Shoot Em Up Construction Kit and has been majorly transformed into the SEUCK Redux engine. The game also features the following: - Brand new front end presentation. - Uptempo 90s style music. - Hi score table. - No SEUCK slowdown syndrome. - 1 or 2 player action. - Original Cosmic Combat also included with a new title screen made by using the SEUCK Title Maker

01.12.2021 - New preview video for Amiga game 'Jump!'
'Jump!' is 3D arcade game. The ball jumps through tunnels in galaxies full of traps and puzzles to reach and destroy the secret base. The game can already be pre-ordered here. It offers 28 levels in a resolution od 320x256 wirh 256 colors and features 5 music tracks. Hardware requirements: Amiga 1200 14MHz with at least 6MB of fast ram. This configuration ensures full gameplay smoothness.

01.12.2021 - Protovision Shop: '4 player adapter' in stock again
Protovision has restocked the popular 4 player adapter. A wide range of C64 games is available that makes use of it, including the new game Straight Up by Dr Wuro Industries!

30.11.2021 - C64 port of 'PETSCII Portal' released
After the port for Plsus/4, we now also have the C64 version. 'PETSCII Portal' was originally coded by Jim Orlando for Commodore PET as a tribute to the Flash game 'Portal2d', which itself was a tribute to the Valve game Portal. Also the C64 version is available as free download.

30.11.2021 - Protovision Shop: 'Micromys v5 mouse adapter' restocked
Some of you may find the old Commodore mouse device a bit clunky to use and less satisfying than a PC computer mouse. Well, the great news is that you can use your modern day mouse with your C64 (and other micro computers) when you order yourself the Micromys v5 mouse adapter. This will allow you to use a PS/2 mouse as a 1351 device. You can also use a USB mouse, we have PS/2 to USB adapters on hand as well.

29.11.2021 - 'Kung Fu Flash' Firmware v1.30 released
'Kung Fu Flash' is a cartridge for the Commodore 64 by Kim Jorgensen that packs a punch. It can emulate different cartridge types, load PRG files and use D64 disk images. Just place your desired CRT, PRG or D64 files on a FAT formatted microSD card and use the built-in launcher to execute them. New in this update: - T64 support (normal tape files only). - The firmware has been extended to support both PAL and NTSC and this requires the KungFuFlash_v1.30.upd file to be kept in the root directory of the SD card. Older firmware will not support this extended format so KungFuFlash_v1.30_upgrade.upd must be used first. This file is not needed after the upgrade process has been completed.

This collection was released to celebrate the update to R9 of the Z-code interpreter Ozmoo, which now has support for even the oldest Z-code versions.

'PETSCII Portal' was originally coded by Jim Orlando for Commodore PET as a tribute to the Flash game 'Portal2d', which itself was a tribute to the Valve game Portal. Now it was ported to Plus/4 and is available as free download.

27.11.2021 - New C64 game 'Santa's Workout' released
Santa's Workout is a brand new Commodore 64 puzzle game. Build your way to the exit across 24 exciting puzzles. The game has a password system to load already played levels. Santa's Workout is tested on TheC64 and VICE emulator. The game will run in PAL and NTSC modes, but it's not optimized for NTSC. You can get it as digital download for a bargain (name your own price).

The MIST board was designed to implement classic 16 bit computers like the Amiga and Atari ST(E) as System-on-a-Chip using modern hardware. But it equally well supports 8 bit systems like the Atari XL, ZX81, ZX Spectrum, C64, Atari VCS, Atari 5200, Colecovision, Apple II, Sega Master System, NES, Odyssey2 and more. New in VIC-20 core 211127: - VIC-I color-pixel data alignment fix (thanks, AMR!). - Audio filter simplifications / improvements by AMR. - 1541 update from C64/C16, add disk unmounting to OSD

27.11.2021 - 'Amiga Forever and C64 Forever 9' - R2 Update
Cloanto released today the 'R2' (9.2.9.0) update for Amiga Forever 9 and C64 Forever 9. The 'R2' build is the result of eight months of work since the previous major release, and takes into account user feedback, new operating system versions and numerous features from our own wish list. This is a free update for existing version 9 users, who can get the new version through the Help/About dialog in Amiga Forever and C64 Forever, which includes a detailed Changelog. The updated full installation package and ISO image can also be accessed via the original confirmation email or from the Help/My Downloads and Keys menu item, and are set to remain available for 10 years after an order.
