This game is the C64 port of Lock'n'Chase is a maze chase video game developed by Data East and released in the arcades in Japan in 1981. The object of the game is to enter a maze and collect all the coins and, if possible, any other treasure that may appear. You can get the game as digital download for a little money (name your own price) to support the developer.

25.02.2024 - Found: "Lost" 1979 Stealth Game: Manbiki Shonen / Shoplifting Boy - Commodore PET (Japan) - video from '8-Bit Show And Tell'
Way back in 1979 in Japan, Hiroshi Suzuki programmed a game for the Commodore PET that many consider the first-ever Stealth game: Manbiki Shonen aka Shoplifting Boy. Predating Castle Wolfenstein, it's a game in which a young shoplifter attempts to clear a supermarket of all items on the shelves without being caught.
