Aaron from the 'The Retro Shack' found an old portable TV at e-waste and decided it needed a makeover. Why not turn it into a Commodore SX-64? This was a fun project that included adding a composite mod, fixing a self-induced problem, and loads of cutting, painting, 3D printing, and more.

02.02.2024 - C64 game 'Corescape' released
'Corescape' is a fine looking (and playing) shoot'em'up for the C64 and was made by Dr. Mortal Wombat, who already brought us great games like Roguebot, Minotrace, Ball and Chain, Gates of the Ancient, Plekthora. Battle your way out through eight stages in a constant race forward – you have not been voted the "Best-looking blockade runner of the interior systems" for the last three years to be caught by the authorities. Collect additional lives and credits (score) on the way out. You can get the game as digital download for a little money (name your own price) to support the developer.
