20.10.2023 - C64 game 'Evil Dungeon II' released
'Evil Dungeon II - Alrik's revenge', the sequel to Evil Dungeon by Gregor Schillinger, is a RPG-based fantasy story dungeon crawler for the Commodore 64 coded in BASIC V2 in German and English language. The story of Alrik, a young adventurer who is seeking revenge for his parents who got killed by a group of orcs. Again he has to explore a deadly maze full of monsters, adventure and secrets! The game is available as digital download or as boxed Collector's Edition.

16.10.2023 - The Enormous Electronic Arts Logo Easter Egg Hunt 1983-1992 - video from '8-Bit Show And Tell'
After sharing some VCFMW and Electronic Arts history, David Youd and Robin discuss EA's original logo which is (despite many schoolyard arguments) a cube, sphere, and tetrahedron and definitely probably not the letters E, O (or C), and A. They then start looking at the cover art for Electronic Arts releases from 1983 to 1992, and find that those very symbols (or their 2d equivalents of square, circle, and triangle) are hidden in many games.

12.10.2023 - Amiga game 'Bagman500' released
Bagman for Amiga was a GPL remake of the excellent Valadon Automation arcade game made in 2020. Now the real game code was transcoded to 68000 and should run now on a stock A500. The remake offers a full 3-screen mode and a faithful 1 screen only mode. Guard animations have been slightly upgraded (falls). You can get the game as digital download for a bargain to support the developer.

10.10.2023 - 'Stinger' - new game for C64, Plus/4 and VIC-20 released
Stinger is a Shoot'em by Fabrizio Caruso up built using Cross-Lib which potentially covers 200 systems, with 70+ of those binaries already compiled. The game is free for download. The link above is for the Plus/4 version, the C64 version can be obtained here, and the VIC-20 here.

09.10.2023 - C64 game 'The Prisoner EX' released - free for download
The Prisoner is a text/graphic adventure (first released back in 2013), which now got a new version, that is fixed, expanded, with graphics and music in-game. In addition, the documentation was added in the same file. There is also an Spanish and Catalan version available.
