This week on ‪10MARC‬, Doug is upgrading his Commodore CDTV with the "unofficial" 2.35 ROM, which add some great features and options! He is also upgrading it to Amiga OS 3.2 and adding Stephen Leary's great TerribleFire 536 accelerator.

14.06.2024 - Amiga game 'Cecconoid' released as digital version
'Cecconoid' is an 8-bit inspired, flick-screen, twin-stick-shooter, set in an alternate dimension where the pixels are still chunky, and the bad guys are black and white. The game was released in April 2024 as boxed version, which sold out meanwhile. Now you can get it as digital download for little money.

You can spend a good time having fun and racking your brains to pass through all the levels. You can get the game for the minimum $1 USD (or more) in order to support the developer.

11.06.2024 - Loading, Playing, Dev Info on Emu's Massive Hunt: Brand New VIC-20 Game 2024 - video from '8-Bit Show And Tell'
Emu's Massive Hunt is a brand-new VIC-20 platform game in the Metroidvania style that was developed using Turbo Rascal Syntax Error and the LBM8 graphics library by Andy Hewitt of Hewco. It's available on cassette from The Future Was 8-Bit and as a free download for your +35K expanded VIC-20. We demonstrate loading the game from tape on a real NTSC VIC-20, and of course play the game, and then look at an Emu-themed tutorial that Andy's made for TRSE and LBM8 showing part of how EMH was developed.

'Emu’s Massive Hunt' for VIC-20 (+35k) is a platformer game with 64 screens, where you have to find 255 items. Help the Emu traverse the Pink Windmill. But watch out, as it’s been overtaken by all kinds of monsters! The game was previously released on tape by 'The Future was 8bit', now you can also get it as digital version.
