25.02.2024 - Found: "Lost" 1979 Stealth Game: Manbiki Shonen / Shoplifting Boy - Commodore PET (Japan) - video from '8-Bit Show And Tell'
Way back in 1979 in Japan, Hiroshi Suzuki programmed a game for the Commodore PET that many consider the first-ever Stealth game: Manbiki Shonen aka Shoplifting Boy. Predating Castle Wolfenstein, it's a game in which a young shoplifter attempts to clear a supermarket of all items on the shelves without being caught.

This is the StoryTllr C64 port of the first part of Davide Bucci's The Queen's Footsteps - now released as GPL 3.0. The only real difference with the original version should be some minor engine-default behaviors and, of course, the presence of graphics in each location.

Jump 'n Bump, a 1998 freeware and open-source MS-DOS platform multiplayer video game by Brainchild Design, is currently being ported to Amiga via Scorpion Engine. An early preview version can be downloaded for testing.

Duck Hunt is a 1984 light gun shooter video game developed and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES). While we had a great unofficial port for C64 by Mahna Mahna in 2022, we now also get a version for Amiga (.adf download link).
