The game was made by Dr. Mortal Wombat, who already brought us great games like Metal Mayhem, Roguebot, Minotrace, Ball and Chain, Gates of the Ancient, Plekthora. 01.10.2024 - VIC-20 game 'Green on Black 2' (Santa Paravia, Dungeon) released - free for download
'Green on Black 2' are two converts of old Commodore PET-games to the VIC-20 using the VIC-40 (or FAT-40)-program which provides 40 columns. The two games are: Dungeon is a Rogue-like before there even was the original "Rogue"-game and Santa Paravia and Fiumaccio is one of the first "economic simulation"-games, originally published for the TRS-80 in December of 1978.

Boxx 4 is a colorful platform game for Commodore Amiga by team Retroguru, which won 1st prize at the Revision Party 2023 Game Compo. Now Boxx 4 iso for CD32 was released. And the Boxx Quadrilogy for CD32/CDTV and hard disk. Now all 4 games in one!

28.09.2024 - VIC-20 game 'Monster Muncher' released - free for download
Monster Muncher, an obvious Pac-Man clone for the (unexpanded) VIC-20, was originally created by Matthew Smith (Manic Miner & Jet Set Willy) in 1983. Published by Spectrum Games (who went on to become Ocean) in limited numbers, the game has only recently been found by the Games That Weren't. The game is mostly playable. You can eat the dots and gobble the monsters. It has three lives and the monsters can gobble you. Unfortunately it is not possible to complete a maze and when you are out of lives, restarting carries on your score.
