'Turbo Chameleon 64 ' is an extremely user-friendly multipurpose C64 cartridge that can be used without opening the computer. It is just plugged to the expansion port of the C64. A docking station providing 4 joystick ports and connectors for an Amiga or C-64 keyboard is available. New in this core, besides several bugfixes: FPGA Core: - Added 720x576 resolutions. Filebrowser: - G64 files can be autostarted by pressing RETURN on them in the file browser. - D64 and G64 files can be autostarted by using CBM+E (execute) action, which is also available in the file-action menu (space). - enabled copying files into D64 images. - (re)enabled "rename" in the file-action (space) menu in CDTV mode.

28.07.2021 - Size Optimizing Tricks in 10 PRINT Orthogonal for Commodore 64 - new Video from '8-Bit Show And Tell'
We look at a new take on the famous 10 PRINT program, which makes an orthogonal (at right angles to the screen) maze instead of the classic diagonal maze. Additionally, it's been optimized down to a 32 byte file size for entry in a competition. It turns out there are some complications with the tricks used when run on a real Commodore 64. So we dig into it to figure out what's going on and end up discussing BASIC program structure, how PRG files are stored on disk, and how real C64 RAM initializes differently than on C64 emulators.

27.07.2021 - Amiga CD32 FMV Failure! This thing is a mess, can it be saved? - new video from 'RMC'
In an era of failed console and computer releases the CD32 is up there. It had potential but ultimately was too little, too late. What's even more obscure than failed consoles is failed peripherals for failed consoles and this FMV module is just such an example. Costing nearly the same price as the console itself it promised smooth MPEG1 playback of videos. Looking at the condition of it however that's unlikely. Lets see if we can repair it.
