Poor old Gertie! After spraying her prize cabbages with some experimental fertiliser she knew she should have stayed organic!) Gertie now has to beat back the brutish brassica using only her handy spray backpack and good, old-fashioned gumption. The game was submitted to 2022 Reset64 4KB Craptastic games competition.

04.07.2022 - 'Kung Fu Flash' Firmware v1.41 released
'Kung Fu Flash' is a cartridge for the Commodore 64 by Kim Jorgensen that packs a punch. It can emulate different cartridge types, load PRG files and use D64 disk images. Just place your desired CRT, PRG or D64 files on a FAT formatted microSD card and use the built-in launcher to execute them. New since Update 1.40: - Support Pagefox cartridge. - Device number can be set to 8-15. - Improve disk emulation to support Rack'em.

This new 'work in progress' Amiga game is a simulator of a farm and you can get a demo version as digital download for testing. There are some restrictions at this point of development, though, but it's playable overall. Hardware requirements: 1,5MB Chip RAM / 1MB Chip + 0,5MB Fast (Slow) RAM.

Morubotto is a variation of missile command where instead of controlling crosshairs you control a robotic guinea pig and have to bounce around the level and try to collide with as many asteroids as possible to minimize the amount of damage that the asteroids do to the world. The game was submitted to 2022 Reset64 4KB Craptastic games competition. You can get it as digital download for a bargain (name your own price).

02.07.2022 - Making Five-A-Side Soccer for C64 More And Less Annoying - new Video from '8-Bit Show And Tell'
Back in 1985 (or '86) Robin bought Mastertronic's Five-A-Side Soccer for the Commodore 64 at the Zellers store and quickly became thoroughly annoyed with his new game. Or did he? He recreate the game of his memories, and then set about modifying it to fix its major flaw. Along the way he learned a little about the game's system of digital sound sample playback, and have a few laughs as well.
