'Zoomies!' by Second Dimension is a fun little shoot 'em up inspired by the budget Mastertronic games from the old days. The game runs as intended on NTSC but should also be playable on PAL and is free for download.

17.06.2022 - Long lost Amiga game 'Riamel: Black Prophecy' resurrected and released
Riamel was a follow up to Lords of Time, which was created by Steve Postma back in 1994. A very exciting RPG that would span 3 disks, but sadly didn’t seem to get experienced as it should have been. For years, a demo has been floating around, but even that was quite obscure and not within the usual channels to download and check out. Within the demo, it talks about how you can send off for a full copy of the game – though it seems that it may never have reached any hands... until today...

Use a MicroSD or SD with your SCSI controller. This adapter allows you to use SDCard media instead of a real SCSI device. Compatible with a vast variety of SCSI controllers. Including the Amiga motherboard controllers, 3rd party controllers as the A590 or the Blizzard/Cyberstorm SCSI controllers, Atari, Apple, PC, keyboards/samplers, CNC machines, scientist instruments, etc. A 3,5" bay adapter is available as option.

Check out the initial designs for the level 9 biker thugs and then Mike will show and explain the latest additions and enhancements to the gameplay of 'Metro Siege', a retro 16-bit pixel art brawler game by BitBeamCannon. The game is being built from the ground-up with a custom engine that not only runs on modern systems, but on classic Amiga computers.

This game might be considered as a very primitive precursor of Minecraft. :) Its gameplay also has similarity with Xonix. You need to build traps and restrict an area where the adder may move. Then you should wait until the adder enters your trap. This time you should use a stone as quickly as possible to get your trophy. If the hunter directly assaults the snake there is a 50% chance that he will squash it but the beast is fast so it is a weak way to win. The adder can move diagonally, the hunter can't.

BrainBreak is a tile/puzzle game for the C64 with several surprising features. It uses hires multicolour graphics and comes with 100 exciting, brain-breaking levels that can be extended by using the included editor. You can get it as digital download for a bargain.
