29.01.2022 - How To Use a 6502 Machine Language Monitor: TEDMON in the Commodore Plus/4 - new video from '8-Bit Show And Tell'
Today we'll look at TEDMON, which is a machine language monitor built into the Commodore Plus/4. But it has almost everything in common with monitors from throughout the Commodore 8-bit family, from SuperMon on the PET, to the Commodore 128's built-in monitor, to the machine code monitors in the Commodore 64's Action Replay and Super Snapshot. We'll go through every single command with examples of how they can be used, along with some insights into the relatively rare Plus/4.

This game was made as a little joke tribute to the classic public domain "Flying Balls" by MGC and Bombjack, for the Commodore 64. This little (or should we say big) sequel is a funny arcade game which consists of enhanced graphics, music and game play.

29.01.2022 - C64 game 'Rabid Robots 4K' re-released as free digital download
Rabid Robots is a funny little shoot 'em up submitted for the Craptastic 4K Game Compo in 2018, run by Reset Magazine. The idea of the competition was to create and develop a C64 game, which after compression fits 4096 bytes or lower. This was the first of two entries that were submitted in the competition back in the day.

26.01.2022 - 'Scorpion Engine' for Amiga - 2022.1 update released
There is an update for the Game Construction Erik 'earok' Hogan's 'Scorpion Engine', which is supposed to enable the development of games that run on an A500 with a screen refresh of 50 Hz. The editor itself runs under Windows. Graphics are imported as PNG files, the Tiled editor is used to create levels. Amiga formats (mod, 8svx, anim5) are used for sounds, music and animations.
