01.11.2026 - C64 game 'Vector Vortex' released
Vector Vortex is a shoot 'em game in which you control a claw-shaped ship. You move around a space vortex and try to eliminate all enemy objects from coming through the black hole. If things get too hectic, you can activate your Superzapper to eliminate all enemies on the screen (like a smart bomb). There are 16 levels of play and an assortment of enemies including Flippers, Fuseballs, Spikers and Pulsars. You can get the game as digital download for a reasonable price to support the developer.

01.11.2026 - C64 game 'Zero Polarity' released
'Zero Polarity' is a side Scroll shooter - platformer for C64 with a touch of light. It is 2184 and Sub-Prime, the underground megalopolis, has lost its power. You are Zero, an outdated but highly moddable maintenance robot. Your mission: cross the city's 8 sectors and restart the central coil. Zero carries a chromatic pulse module that flips the polarity of the world. One pulse makes light solid and darkness vanish; the next does the opposite. 01.11.2026 - C64 game 'Blightmoor' released
'Blightmoor' is the seuqle to Brightmoor, an Ultima-style adventure for the C64. In Brightmoor the dawn bell has already fallen silent. Blightmooris how it happened - and you are the one who silences it. The same moor and the same six towns, seen from the other side, on Brightmoor’s engine - with a new story, new heroes, a new cast and new places to take. 01.11.2026 - C64 game 'Bubble Pop: Monsters' released
'Bubble Pop: Monsters' is another bubble shooter for the C64 and the third in the series of Bubble Pop games, after The Sea and In Space. On Halloween the monsters rise. Fire them up into the horde - three of a colour touching pop, and anything left hanging with no path back to the rafters falls away with it. 31.10.2026 - Plus/4 emulator YAPE 1.4.1 released
This release is a big one, with a strong focus on picture and audio. On the video side YAPE can now output a composite signal (plus a simulated RF antenna one) with a handful of new CRT options, and TED's video equalization pulses are emulated as well. The TED rendering itself has also been refined, including the floating bus and the NTSC palette in mixed mode. Under the hood, the CPU core was reworked to produce exact bus fetch cycles under all circumstances; there is a brand new WASAPI sound driver and the serial port (ACIA 6551) emulation has grown up considerably.

31.10.2026 - C64 game 'Van Helsing' released
'Van Helsing' is GriffonSoft’s most ambitious C64 title to date. Players embark on a dark adventure to rescue Lucy from Dracula's domain, confronting treacherous foes across eight expansive, beautifully designed, scrolling levels. Guided only by a trail of blood, Van Helsing leaps into the fray, determined to rescue the girl and destroy the vampire. 'Roc'n Rope' brings Konami's 1983 arcade climb to the C64. Shoot a harpoon across a gap, grab the rope it leaves behind and scramble toward the phoenix. Cavemen, dinosaurs, birds and falling rocks have other plans. Built with a 1986 mindset: tight memory, fast sprite work, colourful bitmap stages and a soundtrack made for the C64. Big Ball Back Breaker is a fun run, jump and collect 'em up for the C64 and its reboot versions of this fabulous machine.
