09.08.2022 - C64 game 'Madzag' released as free download
'Madzag' is a nice little logic game with PETSCII graphics. The task is to tie the dumplings of the same color on a single line so that the forms of different colors do not cross each other. It is important that no lines, that is, neither branches nor loops are allowed. As if we were pearing beads on a string. The lines already connected can be subsequently demolished and repaired.

06.08.2022 - Commodore 64 Double Dragon: The Waist Gap (Sprite Multiplexing) - new Video from '8-Bit Show And Tell'
We take a look at the 1988 conversion of Double Dragon for the Commodore 64 which is somewhat notorious for poor playability and the infamous "waist gap" the developers issued a veiled apology for in the game manual. We take a look at the "sprite stacking techniques" (aka sprite multiplexing) used in the game - could this be improved on? Is this even what's really wrong with the game?
