16.11.2020 - New C64 game 'Puzzle Wuzzle' released
Go on an adventurous search for these legendary podcasters and find their secret base. This game is based on a tutorial (see ingame credits page) and the plain interest by the author in hearing podcasts. It's a thank you to all small podcasters out there who do it for fun, not for money. The game can be downloaded for free.

16.11.2020 - 'Dino Jump' - new game for VIC-20
This is a game for the Commodore VIC 20, based in the well know jump over the obstacles mechanics. It is themed with Google's chrome dino graphics. It features the classic one button control (actually, two buttons, as the player can hunch to avoid birds later in the gameplay). You can already download it from Commodore Spain forum.

15.11.2020 - TheC64 "Maxi" Excellent Update: Cart Freeze, Soft Reset, Tape Controls, and New Games - new Video from '8-Bit Show And Tell'
TheC64 "Maxi" is available in the USA now through Amazon.com, and a new firmware update has been released with additional games and some fantastic extra features including soft reset, freeze support, and virtual cassette tape controls.

15.11.2020 - Amiga 1000 Adventures - The Apollo Vampire 500 V2 in an Amiga 1000 - new video from '10 Minute Amiga Retro Cast (10MARC)'
This week on 10 Minute Amiga Retro Cast, Doug from 10MARC is having more fun with my Amiga 1000 by installing an Apollo Vampire 500 V2 inside! The Vampire 500 V2 will work in any Amiga with a standard 68000 Chip, but the A1000 needs a special adapter from our friend Edu Arnana to fit it in. So how does it perform with the Vampire? 14.11.2020 - Making a C64/C65 compatible computer - MEGAphone PCB Changes
Things have been a bit quiet on the blog, as Paul Gardner-Stephen has been pretty flat out with work, and starting to plan to move back to the city after nearly a year in the Outback. The work on getting the MEGA65 DevKits shipped has been going along steadily over the last few weeks as well, but with less bloggable moments from his side. What has also being going on, is the work on the next milestone of the MEGAphone grant from the NLnet Foundation. For those who aren't familiar with this, this is a grant to move the MEGAphone project forward to having a PCB design that is mature enough that can be made a bunch for the community to get hold of, and to innovate on as a platform for resilient and secure communications. You can also play it in a modern web browser (Chrome recommended) or on mobile (may still need some work).
